Review of Haugen’s Chicken & Ribs BBQ – Port Perry

On our way to the cottage or to a stroll in Port Perry, we always drive by a restaurant called Haugen’s BBQ on Hwy 12.  One day, we finally decided to give it a try.  For Clean Mom, it was a trip down memory lane as she remembers visiting the restaurant when she was a child.

Review of Carole’s Cheesecake – Toronto

While going on a (torturous) shopping trip with the family, we bumped into lunch-time with no definite plans. In the industrial park that we were in (looking at lighting stores), I noticed a Café sign. After a brief peek through the window, we decided to step inside and give it a try… and what a surprise we got!
