I waiting over 40 minutes for my food, then they forgot my bacon. Then finally brought it after I finished half my breakfast, and it was soggy when I asked for it extra crispy. They took it back and never brought the new crispy bacon back. I had to ask for it and they said "oh sorry". Guess what, they new bacon was soggy. It looks like they have an additional cook. I agree 100% that the wait staff could be better. If they were working for me, I'd fire them. They all seem to be miserable. Except for one, they have no ounce of proper customer service in them. They really are not friendly. I don't get the feeling that they even want the business you're giving them. So sad really. The place needs someone to observe what's going on and then have a game plan how to implement changes so majority of the time, the customer's experience is great. If there was another breakfast place close to it or across from it and they have better customer service - guess who'll be getting my business.............
